Okay, technically it’s a picture of my optic nerve.  And it’s not a direct photograph but a snap of the computer screen during my eye exam today.  But the point remains:  for journalists, bloggers, and amateur shutterbugs, the camera on the iPhone is a crazy, wondrous thing.
