sausalito snapshots

Just over the bridge from San Francisco is the historic little seaside town of Sausalito.  Stopping for lunch after the hike through Muir Woods, I chanced upon The Spinnaker – a sterling example of early 1960’s California modernism cantilevered over the bay with glass house views of the city in the distance.  As anticipated, seafood was the star attraction.  The fettuccine pictured below was so abundantly tossed with fresh local crab that a late lunch unexpectedly turned into an early dinner.
